- Look at ODF Form, it uses FW_CDialogFrame with edit fields.
- Form:Sources:Views.fr contains the dialog resources too.

- Documentation on dialogs is limited to an engineering note in the "Views"
- folder, "Using Dialogs", but it is pretty complete. It will be covered
- in the reference manual and programmers guide soon.
