  19. Look at ODF Form, it uses FW_CDialogFrame with edit fields.
  20. Form:Sources:Views.fr contains the dialog resources too.

  22. Documentation on dialogs is limited to an engineering note in the "Views" 
  23. folder, "Using Dialogs", but it is pretty complete.  It will be covered 
  24. in the reference manual and programmers guide soon.
